Comme d\u00e9crit dans la gen\u00e8se de ce projet<\/a> , nous appliquons nos 50 ans d'exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 tous nos produits. Le processus de production commence g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement par une demande de l'un de nos clients. Dans le sport automobile classique d'Abarth, les pi\u00e8ces d'origine sont tr\u00e8s rares et plus fragiles en raison des anciennes techniques de fabrication de l'\u00e9poque. Par cons\u00e9quent, la plupart des produits de notre catalogue sont model\u00e9s sur d'anciens originaux qui peuvent avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 endommag\u00e9s ou pour lesquels il existe une demande pour une alternative plus solide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dessin technique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Lorsque la demande d'une nouvelle pi\u00e8ce est finalis\u00e9e, nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 l'\u00e9tablir. La pr\u00e9cision est primordiale dans cette profession, quoi qu'il arrive. C'est pourquoi chaque petit arrondi, \u00e9chancrure, fente ou augmentation doit \u00eatre not\u00e9 au millim\u00e8tre pr\u00e8s. Plus c'est pr\u00e9cis, meilleur est le r\u00e9sultat final. Cette \u00e9tape prend beaucoup de temps, et pour cause. Il est \u00e9galement important de tenir compte, lors du dessin et de la mesure, d'une marge de r\u00e9vision manuelle \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Construire un mod\u00e8le<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ce dessin est ensuite utilis\u00e9 pour r\u00e9aliser le mod\u00e8le r\u00e9el. Cela peut \u00eatre fait en plastique, mais dans notre cas, le bois est choisi plus souvent. Ce mod\u00e8le repr\u00e9sente une version invers\u00e9e (ou invers\u00e9e) du produit final. Avec ce mod\u00e8le, on peut commencer par la construction proprement dite du moule. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Construire un moule<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Une fois le moule pr\u00eat, il peut aller \u00e0 la fonderie pour couler le produit. Enfin, nous effectuons les derni\u00e8res finitions en interne pour obtenir un r\u00e9sultat professionnel. Il s'agit, par exemple, d'enlever le surplus de mati\u00e8re et \u00e9ventuellement de donner un coup de peinture aux pi\u00e8ces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Touches de finition<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

With the mould ready, it can go to the foundry to actually cast the product. Finally, we do the last finishing touches in house to achieve a professional result. This includes, for example, removing excess material and possibly giving parts a lick of paint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
