Wie in der Entstehungsgeschichte dieses Projekts<\/a> beschrieben, bringen wir unsere 50-j\u00e4hrige Erfahrung in alle unsere Produkte ein. Der Produktionsprozess beginnt in der Regel mit einer Anfrage von einem unserer Kunden. Im klassischen Abarth-Motorsport sind Originalteile aufgrund der alten Fertigungstechniken der damaligen Zeit sehr rar und eher zerbrechlich. Daher sind die meisten Produkte in unserem Katalog alten Originalen nachempfunden, die m\u00f6glicherweise besch\u00e4digt wurden oder f\u00fcr die es eine Nachfrage nach einer st\u00e4rkeren Alternative gibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technische Zeichnung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Wenn die Anfrage f\u00fcr ein neues Teil feststeht, beginnen wir mit der Ausarbeitung. Pr\u00e4zision ist in diesem Beruf das A und O, egal wie. Deshalb muss jede kleine Rundung, Vertiefung, jeder Schlitz oder jede Erh\u00f6hung auf den Millimeter genau aufgeschrieben werden. Je pr\u00e4ziser, desto besser ist das Endergebnis. Dieser Schritt ist nicht umsonst zeitaufwendig. Wichtig ist auch, dass beim Zeichnen und Messen ein Spielraum f\u00fcr eine handwerkliche \u00dcberarbeitung im letzten Schritt ber\u00fccksichtigt wird. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Konstruieren eines Modells<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Anhand dieser Zeichnung wird dann das eigentliche Modell angefertigt. Dies kann in Kunststoff erfolgen, aber in unserem Fall wird h\u00e4ufiger Holz gew\u00e4hlt. Dieses Modell stellt eine umgedrehte (oder invertierte) Version des Endprodukts dar. Mit diesem Modell kann mit dem eigentlichen Bau der Form begonnen werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bau einer Gie\u00dfform<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Wenn die Form fertig ist, kann sie in die Gie\u00dferei gehen, um das Produkt tats\u00e4chlich zu gie\u00dfen. Abschlie\u00dfend f\u00fchren wir im Haus die letzten Feinarbeiten durch, um ein professionelles Ergebnis zu erzielen. Dazu geh\u00f6rt zum Beispiel das Entfernen von \u00fcbersch\u00fcssigem Material und eventuell das Lackieren von Teilen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Feinschliff<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

With the mould ready, it can go to the foundry to actually cast the product. Finally, we do the last finishing touches in house to achieve a professional result. This includes, for example, removing excess material and possibly giving parts a lick of paint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
